تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة نمط الشخصية (أ) و نمط الشخصية (ب) و علاقتهما بالضغط النفسي لدى المديرين مع دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من مؤسسات التربوية بولاية البويرة و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدامنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و اعتمدنا على مقياسين لغرض جمع البيانات، هما مقياس نمط الشخصية (أ، ب)" ل بن زروال فتيحة 2008"، و مقياس إدراك الضغط النفسي لفيستاين"1993 lavenstein"و التي تم توجيهها على عينة قدرت ب (64) مدير، و قمنا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، لتحليل البيانات و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغيرين و أن النمط الغالب لدى المديرين هو نمط الشخصية ( أ).
Abstract EN
This study seeks to find out the personality type (A) and the personality type (B) and their relationship to psychological stress among the managers, with a field study by a sample of educational institutions in the Wilayat of Bouira, and to achieve the objectives of the study we used the descriptive-analytical method, and two measures to collect data, a measure of namely the measure of personality type (A, b) “Ben Zeroual Fatiha 2008”, and the psychological pressure perception scale of “1993 Lavenstein”, which was directed on a sample of (64) managers, and we used the program SPSS to analyze the data, and The study found that there is a correlation between the two variables, and that the predominant pattern among managers, is the personality type (A).

Cette étude vise à identifier le type de personnalité(A) et le type de personnalité (B) et leur avec le stress psychologique des managers, avec une étude de terrain sur un échantillon d'établissements d'enseignement dans le Wilayat de Bouira, et pour atteindre les objectifs de cette l'étude on s’est réponse sur la méthode analytique descriptive, et l'utilisation de deux tests pour la collecte de données, le test type de personnalité (A, b) «Ben Zeroual Fatiha 2008» et le test de la perception de la pression psychologique de« lavenstein 1993», qui sont désignés à l'échantillon de l'étude (64) Directeur, et nous avons utilisé le programme (SPSS), pour analyser les résulta, L'étude a montré qu'il existe une corrélation entre les deux variables, et que le modèle prédominant parmi les managersest le type de personnalité (A).
