From this article we intend to get acquainted with the ecological philosophy and ideas of the French philosopher "Michel Serres", through researching the possibilities and limits of the natural contract proposed by this philosopher.

It shows how the human ability to build and explore nature through the use of science and technology leads humanity to change the global destiny of mankind and the development of all other living beings on this planet.

It is well known that the contemporary social and environmental crisis is also a cultural crisis that mainly relates to the way Western culture thinks and interferes with it.

Consequently, this crisis goes far beyond the pollution of the atmosphere or the hole in the ozone layer.

It involves risks that threaten humankind in its moral values, its outlook for the future and the limits of humanity, so it is a call to develop new ethics to limit mankind's technical control over all aspects of nature and the universe.

Therefore, Michel serrescalls for the restoration of nature as a matter of law by establishing a natural contract between man and nature to create a balance in a person's relationship with nature.

A partir de cet article, nous entendons faire connaissance avec la philosophie écologique et les idées du philosophe français "Michel serres", en recherchant les possibilités et les limites du contrat naturel proposé par ce philosophe.

Il montre comment la capacité humaine à construire et à explorer la nature grâce à l'utilisation de la science et de la technologie conduit l'humanité à changer le destin mondial de l'humanité et le développement de tous les autres êtres vivants sur cette planète.

Il est bien connu que la crise sociale et environnementale contemporaine est également une crise culturelle qui se rapporte principalement à la façon dont la culture occidentale pense et interfère avec elle.

Par conséquent, cette crise va bien au-delà de la pollution atmosphérique ou du trou de la couche d'ozone.

Elle comporte des risques qui menacent l'humanité dans ses valeurs morales, ses perspectives d'avenir et ses limites.

C'est donc une invitation à développer une nouvelle éthique pour limiter le contrôle technique de l'humanité sur tous les aspects de la nature et de l'univers.

Par conséquent, Michel serres appelle à la restauration de la nature en tant que question de droit en établissant un contrat naturel entre l'homme et la nature afin de créer un équilibre dans la relation d'une personne avec la nature.
