Abstract EN

In this article, we show aspects of the rationalism in politics of Abu Othman al-Jahez.

And his opinions about rationalism in politics can be summed up in the following points: -That political science has its origins and its principles That the Imamate is imposed by reason and not by divine law, because it concerns the life of individuals such as the organization of their society, their protection and the prevention of injustice, and for justice to be rendered.

-That his vision of the nature of power, as a civil and social nature, and its opposition to what we call today: the rule of divine right or "religious state".

- That is his conviction of political realism -a characteristic of rationality-manifested by the fact that it is based on the reality of human nature-the existence and persistence of injustice-to confirm the need permanent naturalness of the Imam.

And even at the presence of virtuous imam the imamate of the sub-virtuous imam can be accepted to prevent sedition.

And only one imam be established to prevent conflict.

And establish it by the elite within the limits of the possible.

-That power must serve reason.

- And finally, in his call to Islamic nationalist thought and Arab national unity based on objective pillars that transcend different affiliations and realize the spirit of citizenship

Dans cet article, nous montrons les aspects du rationalisme en politique d'Abou Othman al Jahez.

Et ses opinions à propos du rationalisme en politique peuvent être résumées aux points suivants : -Que la science politique à ses origines et ses principes.

-Que l'imamatest imposée par la raison et non pas par la loi divine, car elle concerne la vie des individus tels que l'organisation de leurs société, leurs protection et la prévention d'injustice, et pour que la justice soit rendue.

-Que sa vision de la nature du pouvoir, en tant que nature civile et sociale, et de son opposition à ce que nous appelons à nos jours: la règle du droit divin ou "État religieux".

-Que sa conviction du réalisme politique -une des caractéristiques de la rationalité- qui se manifeste par le fait qu’il est basé sur la réalité de la nature humaine -l’existence et la persistance de l’injustice- afin de confirmer le besoin naturel permanent du l’imam.

Et même à la présence d'imam vertueux l’imamat de l’imam sous-vertueux peut être accepté pour prévenir la sédition.

Et qu'un seul imam soit établi pour prévenir le conflit.

Et l’établir par l'élite dans les limites du possible.

-Que le pouvoir doit servir la raison.

-Et enfin, dans son appel à la pensée nationaliste islamique et à l'union national arabe basée sur des piliers objectifs qui transcendent les différentes appartenances et réalisent l'esprit de citoyenneté.
