Abstract EN

The research aims to identify: 1- Emotional control of technical supervisors in Baghdad education.2- The self-efficacy of the technical supervisors in Baghdad Education3- Correlational relationship between emotional control and self-efficacy among technical supervisors in Baghdad Education3- As for the research hypothesis: it was- There is a statistically significant relationship between emotional control and self-efficacy among technical supervisors in Baghdad Education.

The descriptive approach was used in the survey method for its relevance to the research objectives, as well as the correlation aspect.
