The research aims to detect: - The impact of the use of kettlebell exercises in the development of arm strength, maximum ability to consume relative oxygen and perform some ground tennis transmission skills The imposition of the search was There are no morally significant differences between tribal and remote testing, level of arm strength development, maximum ability to consume relative oxygen, and the performance of some ground tennis transmission skills.
The researcher used the one-set experimental approach for tribal and remote tests to suit the nature of the research problem, consisting of a research community of (14) players from the Iraqi fishing club between the ages of 15 and 16 years, while the research sample consisted of (7) players and (3) players such as the reconnaissance experiment.
The researcher used functional tests (biocapacity testing) and exercises using the kitel bell tool as well as skill tests for ground tennis and applied the training programs of the research sample in the main section of the training unit and conducted remote tests after the completion of the implementation of the training programs and after the presentation of the results and discussion the following conclusions were reached: The proposed kettlebell exercise program has had a positive impact on the development of arm strength and vitality and the performance of some basic ground tennis skills.
