The study aims at presenting a clear picture of contemporary Islamic critical discourse through the critical experience of the critic Emad Eddin Khalil as one of the leading pioneers who played a major role in establishing an Islamic theory.

He contributed to his literary and monetary efforts in establishing the first features of this project, Islam, heritage and Western knowledge.

Besides, the critic tried to root for an Islamic monetary approach that stems from the true Islamic perception of the universe, man and life.
