يهدف البحث إلى معالجة قضايا الضرائب على التجارة الإلكترونية و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في إطار ما يعرف بضرائب GAFA و أهم المشاكل التي تطرحها هذه الضرائب في ظل مطالب الدول بالمحافظة على سيادتها الضريبية في مقابل الامتداد الشبكي للأنترنت في مختلف أنحاء العالم مما يثير مشكلة الازدواج الضريبي عند الإخضاع الضريبي للمعاملات التجارية الإلكترونية و الشركات العالمية التي تقدم الخدمات الرقمية مثل Google، Apple، Facebook، Amazon و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي يؤدي إلى تآكل الأوعية الضريبية للدول مما يتطلب إخضاع هذه الخدمات للضريبية و قد تبنت العديد من الدول و المنظمات الدولية بعض التوجهات لفرض الضريبة على الخدمات الرقمية
Abstract EN
This research aim to addressing the issues of taxes on electronic commerce and social media in the context of what is known GAFA Taxes, and the most problems that raise of this taxes in light the demands of countries in maintaining its tax sovereignty, in contrast to the extension of the internet, which raises the problem of double taxation when taxing the electronic commerce transactions and universal companies which offer digital services such: Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon.
The study concluded that the orientation toward digital economy led to reduce the tax bases, this requires the transactions be subject to tax
