The research aims to; - Building a measure of strategic planning for members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Building a measure of administrative creativity for members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Knowing its level and the direction of the relationship between strategic planning and administrative creativity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq The researchers assumed: - There is no relationship between strategic planning and administrative creativity among members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the method of relational relations for its suitability and the nature of the research.

The research community included (672) members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, numbering (96) clubs, as it included the governorates of ( Sulaymaniyah, Erbil, Kirkuk, Dohuk) in the latest statistics for the year (2019-2020).

The research sample included (576) members of the administrative bodies of clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, which are respectively the construction sample (288), the stability sample (30), the exploratory experience (30) members, (192) members of the application, and (36) who were excluded for various reasons.

The researchers used statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, mode, T-test for two independent samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman Brown coefficient ).

The researchers concluded, including: 1- Members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Kurdistan region of Iraq enjoy the tribe of strategic planning, cultural intelligence and administrative creativity, with rates higher than the assumed averages.
