This research is about the ALWASSIT dictionary, which is prepared by a scientific body of weight and value in the Arab arena, the Academy of the Arabic Language in Cairo,and I tried in this work to present an accurate picture of what this dictionary contains of the elements of renewal in the Arabic lexicon, as it is the fruit of the efforts of a group of scholars in different specializations, united to compose a renewed dictionary that meets the needs of the era and meets the needs of its disciples.
