The current study aims at: Build a measurable psychological resilience and prepare a measurable job satisfaction for teachers at the faculties of physical education and sports science at Kurdistan Region-Iraq, and Identify psychological resilience and job satisfaction more among the teaching staff at the faculties of physical education and sports science at the universities of the Kurdistan region-Iraq.

The research issue necessitated the researcher to use the descriptive method in correlational studies to suit with the nature of the research.

The total of the original research community samples for the research consisted of (329) teaching staff, of whom (269) were male and (60) female teachers representing colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in the Kurdistan region-Iraq universities.

The research sample were taken of (270) teachers selected randomly and by lot, at a rate of (82.07% ).

The samples were distributed, 120 for the fundamental sample and 100 for the application sample.

10 teachers were chosen as the first survey samples, and 10 teachers were chosen as a second survey samples.

And 30 resolution samples were chosen randomly by lot.

After analyzing and displaying the results, the researcher came out of several conclusions, including: 1.

The effectiveness of the psychological resilience scale, which the researcher structured by following the scientific procedures, which indicated the ability of the scale in measuring the psychological resilience of the teaching staff in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports science in the universities of Kurdistan region-Iraq.2.

The effectiveness of the job satisfaction scale that the researcher has adapted by following a number of scientific procedures such as modification, deletion, and the adaption followed in the scale to suit the research sample under study.
