Abstract EN

Quality assurance in higher education in Algeria has become a strategic choice, and the sector must begin implementing its procedures in order to include all the components of the university, including management, professors and students.

Perhaps the most important component of this fabric is that it is authorized to convert the inputs into quality output by performing its research and teaching activities.

It is therefore very important to pay attention to the need for a good and objective evaluation of its teaching performance in particular.

To achieve this goal, this study illustrates the importance of involving students in the assessment of the teaching performance of their professors as the category directly concerned by this activity.

This assessment must be based on scientific and objective criteria and in accordance with clear and comprehensive criteria from which they themselves are the main source.

This study was conducted in a random sample of 321 students at Blida2 University , Based on the descriptive method, it led to the following results: There is a set of criteria distributed among three groups: active teaching, social competencies, department management, student relationship, calendar and feedback.
