Abstract EN

The research aims to identify: -The effect of two physical efforts according to the oxygen and oxygen energy systems on a number of blood functions (HB, HCT, RBC) among students of physical education and sports sciences.

The researcher assumed the following: -There are statistically significant differences between the cardiac and posttest after two physical efforts according to the oxygen and oxygen energy systems in a number of blood functions (HB, HCT, RBC) among students of physical education and sports sciencesThe researchers used the descriptive approach for its relevance to the nature of the research and its problem.

The researchers conducted their research on the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Samarra University to represent the research community of (16) studentsThe researcher reached the following conclusions: -The practical curriculum for students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences has had an effect on these students by increasing blood components (HB, HCT, RBC).

The recommendations are as follows: -Continuously conducting chemical tests before and during the application of the practical curriculum to observe the functional adaptation of vital organs.
