Arabic Abstract

من خلال ما تم مناقشته من أفكار في المحاور الأربعة من الدراسة حول الدور السياسي للمرأة في ظل عام متغير و متسارع بالأحداث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي يمكن من خلالها وضع آليات لتفعيل دور المرأة في الحياة السياسية بالاعتماد على مجموعة معطيات على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي والمحلي مع الإشارة إلى تجارب دول معينة في هذا المجال خاصة في الدول المتقدمة وتجربة المشاركة في جمهورية العراق في ظل دستور ٢٠٠٥ والجهود الحكومية والمجتمعية المبذولة من اجل تمكين المرأة في هذا المجال .

ان تحسين الدور السياسي للمرأة في عالم اليوم يبدأ من الآن مع ضرورة استبعاد الشعور بالرضا الذي تعلنه النشاطات والمؤسسات النسوية في دول معينة في حالة تحقيق كسب صغير في مجال معين هنا أو هناك في ظل غياب واضح لاستراتيجية عمل واضحة تعمل على توظيف الخبرات والكفاءات وتحييد الجانب الحزبي وتضمن مشاركة اكبر للنساء دون اعتماد على نظام الكوتا رغم ما فيه من ايجابيات وباستنهاض كافة القدرات الكامنة للنساء وتفعيلها وتحويلها الى قوة مجتمعية يمكن الاستفادة منها في تحقيق التطور والتنمية المستدامة للمجتمع وفي كافة المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وهذا لن يتحقق دون اعطاء المرأة الدور المميز في الحياة السياسية.

English Abstract

Through what has been discussed in the four axes of the study on the political role of women in light of a changing and accelerating year of events, the study reached a set of conclusions through which mechanisms can be developed to activate the role of women in political life, depending on a set of data at the international, regional and local levels.

With reference to the experiences of certain countries in this field, especially in developed countries, the experience of participation in the Republic of Iraq under the 2005 constitution, and the governmental and societal efforts made to empower women in this field.

The improvement of the political role of women in today's world starts from now with the necessity to exclude the feeling of complacency declared by the activities and institutions of women in certain countries in the event of a small gain in a specific field here or there in the absence of a clear work strategy that works to describe experiences and competencies and neutralize the partisan side.

It guarantees greater participation by women without relying on the quota system despite the positive aspects it contains, and by mobilizing all the potential capabilities of women and activating them and transforming them into a community force that can be used in achieving the development and sustainable development of society and in all political, economic and social fields.

This will not be achieved without giving women the distinct role in political life.
