Arabic Abstract

تزايد الاهتمام الدولي بحماية المرأة العاملة مع مرور الزمن، اذ تمخضت عن هذا التطــور إيجابيات لا يمكن أن نغفلها، كان من أهمها إصدار المنظمات الدولية والاقليمية لحقوق الانســان عديد الاتفاقيات العامة والمتخصصة، المتعلقة بالمرأة أو بالعمل وكل ما يرتبط به من حقوق، كما تم عقد عدة مؤتمرات أكدت في مجملها على حظر كل أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة بما فيها العاملـــة وذات الاتجاه تبنته المنظمات الدولية للعمل حيث تم إصدار اتفاقات منها ما يتعلق بحقوق العمال ككل ومنها ما يتضمن مبادئ مباشرة عن حقوق المرأة العاملة بشكل خاص، وكون العراق طرف في هذه المنظمات وما يصدر عنها من نصوص، فقد تبنت الدولة على،المستوى التشريعي عدة نصوص لحماية المرأة العاملة سواء على المستوى الدستوري أو على مستوى القوانين الفرعية والتنظيمات خاصة منها تلك المتعلقة بأحد جوانب هذه الفئة كقانون العمل وقـانون الوظيفة العامة، وذلك من خلال إلقاء التزامات على عاتق أصحاب العمل، و وضع قواعد خاصة تستهدف توفير الحماية للمرأة العاملة، وبالتالي حمايتها ومساعدتها على التوفيق بين عملها ومسؤولياتها الأسرية.

English Abstract

The international interest in the protection of working women has increased over time, as this development has resulted in positive sins that cannot be overlooked, the most important of which was the issuance of many general and specialized human rights organizations, relating to women or work and all related rights, and several conferences were held, which emphasized the prohibition of all forms of discrimination against women, including the employment and trend adopted by international labour organizations, where agreements have been issued, including on the rights of workers as a whole, including principles.

directly on the rights of working women in particular, The fact that Iraq is a party to these organizations and the provisions issued by the State at the legislative level has adopted several provisions to protect working women, both at the constitutional level and at the level of subsidiary laws and regulations, particularly those relating to one aspect of this category, such as the labour law and the public employment law.

And that's by making commitments ,it is the responsibility of employers to establish special rules aimed at providing protection for working women, and therefore ,Protecting her and helping her reconcile her work with her family responsibilities
