This research paper seeks to highlight the role of the judge in protecting the right of the ent man's wife to alimony, this is reflected in implementation of his power in imposing alimony or divorce because of no-alimony pursuant that scholars has devoted, Considering that the right to alimony is a material and human rights that should be protected, especially in the ence of the legal provisions that organize this matter in Algerian law, compared to experiences of some countries which sought to regulate them into detailed texts.
