Abstract EN

In this research, I addressed the comparison between the issue of arbitration in both the Journal of Legal Provisions and Qatar Arbitration Law.

Arbitration is not new to the Islamic Sharia since it is mentioned in several incidents and mentioned in the Qur'an (And if you fear dissension between the two, send an arbitrator from his people and an arbitrator from her people)(suart Alnisaa: 35) .On the other hand, the world tended to regulate the arbitration issue in several legislations.

The Qatari legislator introduced the arbitration law in an independent law - Law No.

1 of 2017, which previously was organized in a section of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.

We will study and compare the arbitration issue starting from the issuance of the arbitration agreement and the forms of the agreement on arbitration.

Thereafter we will address the procedures related to the arbitration until we conclude the issuance and implementation of the arbitration rule.
