Abstract EN

There is a current discussion approach about the leniency of Imam Al-Ajali in his rulings on narrative men, or those who are characterized by a special characteristic among them as Al-Majaheel (unknown narrative) but I do not find that.

Through an inductive, comparative and analytical study to sum up that doubt about Imam Al-Ajali's rulings.

Therefore, I decided to make this study that titled by: "Agreements, Contradictions, and individualities of Imam Al-Ajali for Critics in Al-Jarh and Al-Ta'deel, his book Ma'rifat Al-Thiqat.

” I applied the inductive approach for narratives then a comparative between his rulings and his critics' rulings.

After that, I analyzed that comparison, all that was about the narratives on his book.

The research divides into three chapters: first chapter, Imam Al-Ajali and his book Ma'rifat Al-Thiqat.

Second chapter, Imam Al-Ajali Contradictions on the narratives in Al-Jarh and Al-Ta'deel, this chapter consist of four sections, which are his contradictions with truthful narratives, contradictions with documentation of weak narratives, contradictions with documentation of liar narratives and unknown narratives.

Third chapter consists of his the individualities, which are documentation for narratives, who are not mentioned by others, and biographies were not mentioned before.

The significant benefit of this research is honorable of Imam Al-Ajali among other scholars of Al-Jarh and Al-Ta'deel.

The valuable of his book Ma'rifat Al-Thiqat through narrative men books and acknowledge that Imam Al-Ajali rulings are not indulgent but moderate.

Not all his Contradictions affects him because all Imams have the same and all his individualities are a clue for his considerable knowledge.

In the conclusion, I have collected his contradictions and individualities, filed all the results in my point of view and all the scientific rulings.
