The study aims to define the concept of a Startups enterprises in a precise way, How can economic be achieved through it, And trying to figure out how Startups enterprises could benefit from the concessions offered to them, Making use of their characteristics to achieve success.

In this study, she addressed various aspects linking Startups enterprises and economic recovery, And from this, the main problem was raised, which is to what extent startups enterprises are eligible for economic recovery? And with a view to addressing the subject of research, I have used the descriptive approach to the theoretical part through what's been learned from studies, books, scientific articles.

The application part used the analytical approach, where treatment was done using the questionnaire, which was analyzed based on the program (SPSS25).

The study found that the lower the interest rate, the greater the real investment, This increases economic recovery and expands the tax base, The characteristics of the managers of start-up enterprises are also the determinant of the use of stimulus, unlike other institutions, which, despite the incentives offered, have not shown consequence.
