atAmong the reasons for selecting the search are the followings: • Addressing the transformational leadership due to its significant role in developing the establiments and organizations.
• Highlighting the role of the transformational leadership in career quality.
Research contents It contains an introduction, preface, main themes, topics and a conclusion.
The introduction contains the importance of the theme, reasons of its selection, the research approach and its plan.
The preface includes two sections; the first is about the concept of leadership and administration and the difference between them and the second addresses the importance of leadership and its levels.
The themes are as follows: The first theme: The Concept of transformational Leadership and its importance.
The second theme: Elements of the Transformational Leadership and the characteristics of a transformational leader.
The third theme: The obstacles of the Transformational Leadership and methods of its addressing.
The fourth theme: The role of the Transformational leadership in career quality.
The conclusion contains some findings and recommendations of the study, the most important of which are the followings: 1- Transformational leadership seeks to bring about real and integrated change in government agencies and upgrading organizations and individuals by promoting values and developing skills.2- Transformational leadership has a significant role in achieving the quality of career through administrative empowerment that helps employees to make decisions, and by demonstrating their latent creative capabilities.
The most important recommendations: Reducing the centralization of work by enabling highly qualified individuals to make decisions, as well as enhancing the role of universities and the Institute of Management to become houses of expertise, locally and internationally, in preparing administrative leadersMay Allah bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions
