Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the degree of practicing organizational agility dimensions by academic leaders at Saudi universities.

A review of literature is used to identify three main agility dimensions: technology, decision-making and empowerment.

The study distinguishes between two different variables, namely university and gender.

To this end, a closed-ended questionnaire is designed and distributed among 342 academic leaders in five Saudi universities: Umm Alqura University, Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, King Faisal University, University of Tabuk, and King Khalid University.

The study concluded that the degree of practicing organizational agility in technology is high and the degrees of practicing organizational agility in decision-making and empowerment are moderate.

The results show no statistically significant differences for gender and university variables.
