Abstract EN

This study aims to address the issue of electronic banking in Algeria by highlighting the development of banking services in recent years, in order to keep pace with developments in the field of banking work.

In order to reach the finest banking systems and provide the best services to customers, and in order to achieve strong competition and improve the quality of services, the state has sought to make great efforts to implement the electronic banking system and provide banking services of all kinds based on the Internet, instead of normal methods.

However, despite the efforts made to achieve this endeavour, it is still suffering from the slow transformation towards electronic banking.

From this point of view, we will address in this study the concept of electronic banking and the reality and prospects of electronic banking in Algeria.
