The square meter depends on the location of the agricultural and in the urban environment and its dependence on private or public ownership, and according to whether it is bare or built.

Where these interests resort to adopting evaluation methods that are required to be logical and objective, With the necessity to take into account physical factors, economic factors and legal factors to estimate the true commercial value of these lands.
