This research addresses religious rulings for the disabled in fixed penalties (a comparative jurisprudential study).

The significance of this study stems from elucidating the importance of applying legal penalties, and the outcomes of being neglected, and Muslims' need of recognizing the regulations relevant to applying the fixed penalties to the disabled, pointing out the types of each disability and the jurisprudential ruling of each type, collecting scattered issues of fixed penalties application rules on the disabled in one easy-to-refer book, and highlighting the tolerance of Islamic law in applying the fixed penalties on the disabled
