ظهر في الدراسات الصوتية العربية مصطلحان اثنان : الفونتيك و الفنولوجيا و عرف كلاهما مقابلات مختلفة أشهرها علم الأصوات أشهرها علم الأصوات العام و علم الأصوات المجردة بالنسبة للأول و نجد علم الأصوات الوظيفي أو الصوتيات الوظيفيةوعلم التشكيل الصوتي و علم وظائف الأصوات و علم النظم الصوتية وغيرها بالنسبة للثاني.
و يعود هذا الاختلاف في التسميات الاصطلاحية المختلفة لاختلاف وجهة نظر العلماء إليها بداية من دي سوسير إلى براغ و المدارس الفرنسية و الأمريكية وغيرها و لعلنا قد لاحظنا اختلافها في توظيفها و مفهومها أيضاو هذا كله يجب مراعاته في استعمال وتوظيف هذين المصطلحين في الدراسات و الأبحاث العربية.
Abstract EN
Two terms appeared in Arabic phonetic studies: phontic and phonology, and they both defined different terms.
the most famous of which are general phonology and phonology for the first.
and we find functional phonology or functional phonetics, And the science of phonetic formation and the science of sound systems and others for the second.
This difference in the different terms is due to the different viewpoints of scholars starting from de Saussure to Prague and the French and American schools and others.
