It is the duty of the Muslim to know what is permissible and what is forbidden, and among the most important of their issues is what is related to a person's food and drink, as he is inseparable from them.

It is necessary to clarify some of the circumstances that float on the scene from time to time, either because some of them raised issues in which the dispute was settled for a long time, or the appearance of developments that require clarification of the legitimate situation of it.

Among these issues is what is related to fish, in this topic entitled: (Some of the provisions of fish in Islamic jurisprudence), the importance of the issue is not hidden, as fish is a part of our food, and there is a lot of confusion about the sanctity of some cases related to it, Therefore, I wanted to discuss this topic to gather the scattered of information, and to clarify the chosen saying on each issue.

The importance of the issue stems from its connection to the lives of many people, especially since large numbers of society depend on fish for food and sale, and they need to be familiar with the legitimate rulings related to it.
