Abstract EN

One of the scientific and methodological problems inherited by contemporary Islamic thought and which accounted for a prominent share of its attention and effort is the issue of the relationship of belonging to the Islamic nation and loyalty to the creed on the one hand, with belonging to the one Islamic country and merging in its advancement and prosperity, so that this Islamic thought found itself in front of a reciprocal duality (“the nation” is the first party, while the "one Islamic country" constitutes its second party), so that it is not valid to seek to serve one of its parties except by setting up hostility with the other party.

This scientific contribution aims to analyze this issue, and to highlight that it is not an Islamic dualism as a philosophy or a goal, but rather a historical dualism in appearance and theorizing, and that breaking with this reciprocal dualism will guarantee the Muslim's quest for the prosperity of his Islamic country, as a starting point for the development of his Islamic nation.
