The research paper attempted to focus on faculties of education programs.

Some of these programs have been developed according to the conceptual framework of reference prepared by the Committee of Education Studies' Sector and approved by the Supreme Council of Universities to determine the specifications of the graduate.

However, quite a few colleges still apply old regulations that include outdated, unsuitable courses which do not keep pace with the digital age and future stage teachers.

This research paper clarifies the mechanisms that can be followed to overcome these negatives by setting a future vision for developing programs for Faculties of Education.
