The current research aims to identify: 1-The level of emotional balance among orphaned students in the preparatory stage2-The level of introversion among orphaned students in the preparatory stage3-The relationship between emotional balance and introversion among orphaned students in the preparatory stage4-The difference in the relationship between emotional balance and introversion among orphaned students in the middle school according to the gender variable (males - females)To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the emotional balance scale prepared by (Al-Jumaily, 2005) and it consists of (52) items and four answer alternatives, and he adopted the (Kamel, 2018) scale of introversion consisting of (30) items and binary answer alternatives (applicable to me, not applicable to me).
After applying the two scales to the research sample consisting of (200) male and female orphans in the Preparatory Students, the results showed that the level of emotional balance among the Preparatory Students was (high), while the level of introversion was (low), and the relationship between the two variables is a (weak) relationship The results showed that there is no difference in the relationship between the two variables according to the type variable
