Algeria has known throughout its history a distinguished scientific activity whose roots extend to the ancient era, but the real radiation of this activity appeared with the Islamic conquest of these countries, which changed stereotypical thought and expanded the vision, and this scientific activity increased and diversified in the Islamic era with the emergence of scientific centers that excelled in training and scientific authorship, until the ottoman era came with all its features on Algeria, so that it became part of human civilization, especially what it presented in the material sciences in which the star (Ali bin Wali) known as ibn Hamza al-Maghribi, who founded a science that had the greatest impact on the information revolution that he is witnessing the world is now a science of logarithm.
