Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى : تعرف آليات تحقيق جودة التعليم الرقمي و دورها في تنمية الإبداع و الابتكار لدى طالبات مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بمنطقة الرياض، كما سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى : تعرف أنماط التعلم الرقمي و صعوبات تحقيق جودة التعليم الرقمي، و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها :- استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات تساعد الطلاب من الحصول على المعارف، و المهارات التي تمكنهم من الإنتاج، و الإبداع، تطوير أداء المعلمين من خلال التعليم الرقمي يساهم في تحسين العملية التعليمية للطلاب، و تساعد الجودة على إصلاح التعليم من خلال الحكم على جودة التعليم الرقمي.

توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات، و منها ما يلي : الاهتمام بالنظام الإداري و الفني بشكل مستمر للتخلص من أي صعوبات تحد من استخدام التعليم الرقمي، تكثيف الجهود توجيهها لنشر ثقافة الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني، و ذلك من خلال عقد مؤتمرات و ندوات علمية ذات صلة بالموضوع، ضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بتطوير معايير الجودة في التعليم الإلكتروني خاصة مع رواج و تنامي المنافسة في تطبيق، مثل هذا النوع من التعليم عربيا و دوليا.

English Abstract

The study aimed to: Know the mechanisms of achieving the quality of digital education and its role in developing creativity and innovation among secondary school students in Riyadh.

The current study also sought to: Know the patterns of digital learning and the difficulties of achieving quality digital education, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are :- The use of information and communication technology helps students obtain the knowledge and skills that enable them to be productive, creative, develop teachers ’performance through digital education, contribute to improving the educational process for students, and quality helps reform education by judging the quality of digital education.

The study reached a number of recommendations, including the following: Paying attention to the administrative and technical system on an ongoing basis to get rid of any difficulties that limit the use of digital education, intensifying efforts to direct it to spread a culture of quality in e-learning, through holding conferences and scientific seminars related to the topic, the need to increase Paying attention to developing quality standards in e-learning, especially with the popularity and growing competition in the application of such kind of education on the Arab and international levels.
