Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الورقة تقديم رؤية لتعزيز أهمية التوجيه الذاتي للمتعلم في ظل العصر الرقمي، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف، تناولت الورقة أربعة نقاط أساسية : فلسفة التعليم في العصر الرقمي، معايير و مبادئ التعليم في القرن الحادي و العشرين، مهارات التوجيه الذاتي للمتعلم ضرورة حتمية و ليست اختيار.

و قد تم عرض هذه النقاط لاشتقاق الموجهات الرئيسية لتطوير مهارات المتعلم، و انبثقت هذه الرؤية من التحديات التي تواجه المتعلم في العصر الرقمي، كما انبثقت هذه الرؤية من المطالب الحيوية لإعداد البيئة التعليمية المبتكرة و المسئولة عن تحقيق أهداف التعليم في القرن الحالي، و قدمت الورقة مجموعة من التوصيات لإعادة النظر في ضرورة تنمية مهارات التوجيه و التنظيم الذاتي لدى المتعلم لتحويله إلى رائد و مسؤول عن تعلمه.

English Abstract

This paper aimed to present a vision to enhance the importance of self-direction for the learner in the light of the digital age, and to achieve this goal, the paper dealt with four basic points: the philosophy of education in the digital age, standards and principles of education in the twenty-first century, self-direction skills for the learner is an imperative and not a choice.

These points were presented to derive the main directions for developing the learner's skills, and this vision emerged from the challenges facing the learner in the digital age, and this vision also emerged from the vital demands for preparing an innovative educational environment responsible for achieving education goals in the current century.

Consider the necessity of developing the direction and self-regulation skills of the learner to turn him into a pioneer and responsible for his learning.
