Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to declare the way of elicitation for the jurisprudence associated to the will mentioned in explication of ''Al-Tahtheeb'' (Expurgation) authored by Mohammad Bin Karama (known as Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi) through the Surah of Al-Baqara as a pattern, as this explication is considered among the most important ones dependable by The Zaidi doctrine as the explained had mentioned many of doctrinal judgments associated with the will as he clarified in his explication the opinions of the other people who were agree and disagree with him according to a comparative style.

The jurisprudence judgments are intimately associated with the Qur'anic explication as The Holy Qur'an is the main source of the jurisprudence judgments and many of rules and causes are derived from it.

The meditation in the verses of The verses of the Holy Qur'an and the reasons behind their descent and their arrangements are factors that help the explainer to know the Islamic ruling as well as the intentions and the dictions that are intended by The almighty Allah and the guidance provided by his great verses that lead to accomplish the required understanding and elaboration according to the Qur'an which enable the Muslim scholar and explained from the right and poignant elicitation
