The Algerian family has gone through many different transformations, especially social ones, which have led to the emergence of some problems related to the tasks assigned to both father and mother, where the responsibilities that dominated the quality of these family relationships overlapped, which eventually led to a conflict between them manifested in the priority of caring for the family and how to meet its different needs, this research paper addressed the most important reasons that led to the emergence of the phenomenon of conflict of roles in the modern family, and concluded to identify solutions that may contribute to the re-balance Family and family components, supported by analysis and survey to find out everything related to the subject of the study
