Abstract EN

This study aims to try to identify the impact of the corona virus (COVID 19) on the mental health of workers، and its relationship to the emergence of organizational conflicts، by adopting a methodology that combines possible theoretical and practical reality achieved، with a descriptive analytical approach extrapolating the opinions of a sample of workers inside the phosphate mine complex، in the city of Bir al-Atar.

Tebessa governorate، whose number is (100) workers.

the analysis was performed by relying on the statistical package “SPSS” program in calculating the arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

the study reached a set of conclusions، the most prominent of which was; the pandemic affected the mental health of workers.

although the psychology of workers was affected by this epidemic، this was not a reason for the emergence of organizational conflicts،rather، the pandemic and its psychological effects created the moment in which the worker retreats from creating problems and tensions، and instead produces an atmosphere of hope، solidarity and a shared sense of belonging and responsibility، which Durkheim calls the collective conscience.
