Summary: The fundamentalists have in defending the contradiction between the legal texts of several paths, including: combining contradictory evidence, as the legal evidence varies in strength and rank, so it was necessary for the mujtahid to be aware of the degrees and strength of evidence, and the methods of collecting, or weighting between them when contradictory.

An introduction, an introductory study, and two topics: I dealt with in the first topic: the collection of the fundamentalists, and in the second topic I dealt with the impact of the difference of jurists on the rule of using the skin of the deceased after tanning it, and receiving the qiblah and turning it around during the elimination of necessity as a model, and conclusion: It included the most prominent results of this research.
