By reference to the mothers of book, We found that our Islamic religion is on the most religions; it is the only heavenly religion that has come together for all the laws and decrees, and nothing has come of the life of the people unless it has found a legitimate ruling and a text explaining to the Muslim what the has and what he has and what he has to do.

Also it explains to Muslim how he guarantees happiness in both homelands; it is Justice to write that we are the nation of justice in searching the history of Islamic jurisprudence in terms of origin and development.
