The translated summary: The need today to renew the methodology for devising legal rulings is urgent, because reality is developing in a rapid pace, leaving Islamic jurisprudence in great vacuums that cannot be found in the opinions of the ancients, and the inherited jurisprudence code does not comprehend it despite its importance.

Among the topics emerging in our time is the topic of electronic shopping, which is the form of e-commerce that allows consumers to buy goods or services directly from the seller via the Internet using a web browser, and in this research I will explain the most important of these rules and how to apply them to the subject of e-marketing.
