The research aims to know the nature of the correlative and influential relationship between organizational friendship and bullying in the workplace, in order to reduce the phenomenon of bullying and build good relations between employees in a manner that reflects on raising the efficiency of administrative work.
The research also aims to highlight the organizational friendship and its role in enhancing the identity of the ministry and increasing the spirit Affiliation and cooperation among employees, where the research was conducted within the center of the Iraqi Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the research community was represented by all employees at various administrative levels within the center of the ministry, through the selection of a random sample that included (120) questionnaires (94) an auditor questionnaire was received It is valid for measurement by (95.4% ) of the total distributed questionnaires, as the research showed that the ministry suffers from the phenomenon of bullying in the workplace in light of the presence based on an analysis of the responses of the sample members and testing the relationships of influence and impact, the researchers reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation relationship And the effect between organizational friendship and associated bullying in a place.
As for the most important recommendations, the ministry's increased interest in formal relations, which have a major role in developing organizational friendship and thuseliminating bullying in the workplace.
