Abstract EN

The current research seeks to identify social exclusion and its relationship to eating disorders among primary school students from the point of view of their mothers.

To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher adopted the relational descriptive approach.

The researcher identified the research community with mothers - based on a set of demographic variables - in Baghdad governorate on both sides of Karkh And Al-Rusafa, a random sample of (150) mothers was drawn.

In order to collect the necessary information, two measures were prepared to measure social exclusion and eating disorder, and to extract the appropriate psychometric characteristics for each of them from validity and reliability.

After reassuring about the tools and their application to the application sample, the following results were reached: 1.

There is a level of social exclusion that primary school students suffer from, from the point of view of their mothers2.

There is a level of eating disorder (binge eating) experienced by primary school pupils from a mothers' point of view3.

There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between social exclusion and eating disorder among primary school pupils from the mothers 'viewpoint
