Abstract EN

This study aimed to examine the causes of the crises in the organizations and stages of their development and strategies to deal with them.

The study concluded that the basic result is, although there are several mechanisms in the positive economy to deal with these crises such as the development of early warning systems, containment of damages, restore activity and evaluation and education, relying on the Islamic economy for crisis management as the most efficient and effective way ever compare with the mechanisms adopted in modern management which in turn ignored many of the Islamic aspects that can be included to extract an integrated management model for crisis management Effectively.
