Abstract EN
This paper aims to study the impact of adopting societal responsibility on the performance of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) using the sustainable balanced scorecard.
The descriptive analytical approach was chosen to address the problem of the study - the case study-.
By applying the sustainable balanced scorecard, the results showed that the commitment of the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) to societal responsibility led to an increase in its overall performance.
