Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight the role of applying the corporate governance system in managing the value creation process, in a way that guarantees the interests of the actors as a result of the emergence of the latter conflict of interests.

On a group of employees, the study concluded that the process of economic value creation cannot be achieved without practices that rely primarily on the governance system, and this indicates the strong correlation between governance and the value creation process at the level of the institution under study.
