Abstract EN

Youth centers have become one of the educational institutions that have the responsibility to build new generations and provide them with trends, knowledge and skills that qualify them to play their role in life and positively participate in building their society.

Objectives of the study: 1-Determining the role of youth center activities in developing life skills, 2-Reaching a proposed role to support the activities of youth centers in developing life skills from the point of view of social service.

Study questions: A main question is what is the role of the activities of youth centers in developing life skills.

From the main question, the following sub-questions derive: 1- What is the role of youth center activities in developing the skill of interaction and communication.

2- What is the role of youth center activities in developing problem solving skill? 3- What is the role of youth center activities in developing time management skill? 4- What is the role of youth center activities in developing decision-making skill? 5- What are the roles of the social worker to support the role of youth center activities in developing life skills? 6- What are the obstacles that limit the role of youth center activities in developing life skills? The study concluded that the activities of youth centers have a role in developing the skill of communication interaction, problem solving skill, time management skill, and decision-making skill.
