The study aims to find the effect of the relationship between the method of rational administrative decision-making and the level of organizational effectiveness for a sample of 68 individuals in the Sonalgaz Djelfa public economic organization, using a measure of trends where the scale contained six dimensions, the results showed an effect of the average positive value of 56, 5% with variation in their impact across the three dimensions studied at the level of organizational effectiveness, after planning administrative decision 55, 8%, after applying administrative decision 30, 4%, after evaluating administrative decision 35, 9%, and this explains that effectiveness levels the average score is according to the results of the three dimensions studied, which explains that the administrative decision does not enhance the high levels of rationality and efficiency of the following factors: -linking administrative decisions issued to urgent and urgent tasks and tasks, due to the intensity of procedures and accumulation is difficult.
