تلجأ العديد من الدول لتسيير الأزمات الاقتصادية بالاستعانة بالعديد من الآليات على غرار الصناديق السيادية و التي تمثل صناديق استثمارية تسير من طرف هيئة حكومية بنيابة عن الشعب، تمت الاستعانة في هذه الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتبيان العلاقة بين تلك الصناديق و التنمية الاقتصادية، و بالرجوع للحالة الجزائرية فإن تلك الأخيرة أسست صندوق سمي بصندوق ضبط الإيرادات وعليه فإن الدراسة تبحث في مفهومه بدياته و أثره غلى التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية.
Abstract EN
Most countries try to manage crises with several ways such as A Sovereign Wealth Fund which is an investment fund managed by a government agency on behalf of a nation or sovereign states.
This study relied on descriptive analytical approach to clarify the relation-ship between SWF and economic development .
In Algeria the government created a fund named “Revenue Regulation Fund“ so we will search in the concept of Revenue Regulation Fund its beginning, and it’s impact on local economic development.
