Abstract EN

This paper aims to examine the most important pillars and requirements to achieve an independent development self-reliant in the Arab countries, and to address the most important efforts in the field of joint Arab economic cooperation, and the potential to do so in light of the potential of the Arab countries and the pressures of globalization.

It was concluded that once this is achieved, Arab societies will rise from their repression and rise among the peoples of the world.
