This study is concerned with analyzing the situation of small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate of Oman and the most important problems they face and proposing a set of solutions to advance this sector and activate its developmental role, by studying the reality of small and medium enterprises in the Sultanate of Oman and their development during the period from 2015 to 2019, then dividing the study To three chapters, the first chapter includes the basic concepts of small and medium enterprises in general, the second chapter analyzes the theoretical framework of the study, and the third the practical framework of the study.
