as a result of development in information and communication technology concept and application have appeared which have to change in depertemant and institutions at All levels, and the output of moderne technolgy the electronic administration that contributed to the developement of services public with in the Framework of sevices, cost reduction and quality acheivement, the study dealt with electronic administration and services public in terms of concepts and requirement application, mesurement models and reference to some sectoral models in Alegria, This study found that the application of electronic administration in Alegria worked on modernization services public this is based on the evidence of applied models on the websites of algerain administration
