We tried through this epistemological study to provide a historical approach to mathematical science, so it was the beginning of our research with ancient eastern thought that witnessed what historians have termed practical mathematics and which has been linked to the daily practice of a person to meet his utilitarian and social needs, and then we turned back to Greek thought where basic innovative concepts emerged Like ion, generalization and analysis, a mathematical structure was created that holds a theoretical dimension that did not exist before, and in the end we were exposed to the contributions of the athlete of Islamic civilization and the mathematical concepts they created had a prominent role in the development of modern mathematical thought, but more than that As for their timeless mathematical imprint, it is evident in their discovery of one of the most important branches of mathematics represented in algebra, which has become an Arabic connotation circulating in all languages of the world.
