In this analytical study, we began the interpellation under the 2020 constitutional amendment, because the new provisions of the latter allow the members of the National People's Assembly to question the responsibility of the Government following the interpellation, idem to some comparative constitutional systems, which represents a great achievement in the field of parliamentary control in Algeria.
